Report Update

The following document outlines the recent changes to the Leadership/Impact™ (L/I) and Management/Impact™ (M/I) reports in August 2015. The purpose of these changes is to:

•Add some additional information to enhance the debrief process•Improve the consistency of content between the L/I and M/I reports•Modernise the layout and appearance of the reports
