increased from 12,79,210 in 1981 to 16,77,508 in 1991 and to 25,37,282 in 2001.
• The flow of foreign tourists during 1991 to 2001 has, thus, been more than double the flow during 1981 to 1991 ( 859774 during 1991-2001 as against 398298 during 1981-1991).
