Summary Most of NPP/VIIRS telemetry and engineering parameters and derived physical parameters are being monitored at near real time and the instrument healthy status can be checked on NOAA/NESDIS/STAR ICVS web site.

Plots are be updated by the interval of six hours and global true color image daily.

VIIRS ICVS team is ongoing the improvement and upgrade of some parameters calculation and adding more derived parameters.

The consistency of this processing and calculation with VIIRS ADL SDR algorithm will be improved.

The system provides a very useful tool for NPP project managers, instrument vendor and data users for understanding the VIIRS SDR data quality. It also helps the calibration/validation experts to monitor the instrument response trending.
