    ABSTRACTThe proposed technique is intended to facilitate the user

    to access the Land Rover through Hand Gesture. It provides the

    advantages of robust control, wireless control, system reset and

    status display in LED. The control of robot involves three distinct

    phases: reception, processing and action .generally, the receptor is

    the accelerometer sensor receives the transmitted signal, processingis done by the on-board microcontroller according to tilt and

    motion of the accelerometer or processor, and the task (action) is

    performed using motors or with some other actuators.

    POWER SUPPLY SECTION

    Transformer - steps down high voltage AC mains to low voltage AC.Rectifier - converts AC to DC, but the DC output is varying.

    Smoothing - smoothes the DC from varying greatly to a small ripple.

    Regulator - eliminates ripple by setting DC output to a fixed voltage.

    The 3-axis Accelerometer measures bothstatic and dynamic acceleration of the body to which itis attached. In static acceleration it can measure the tilt,vibration and etc while in dynamic acceleration, it canmeasure the real time acceleration of motion of astructure to which it is attached. It gives 3 coordinatevalues x, y, z as its output.

    Introduction The display used here is 16x2 LCD (Liquid

    Crystal Display); this means 16 characters per line by 2lines. A very popular standard exists which allows us to

    communicate with the vast majority of LCDsregardless of their manufacturer. The standard isreferred to as HD44780U, which refers to thecontroller chip which receives data from an externalsource (in this case, the Atmega16) and communicatesdirectly with the LCD. The 44780 standard requires 3control lines as well as either 4 or 8 I/O lines for thedata bus. Here we are using 8-bit mode of LCD, i.e.,using 8-bit data bus.

    RF modules are normally divided into threegroups, RF transmitter module, RF receivermodule and RF transceiver module.

    There are two types of RF receiver

    modules: superheterodyne receiver andsuper regenerative receiver,superheterodyne has performanceadvantageover super-regenerative ones,

    but also is more complicated and price is alittle higher.
