TAKING NOTE that, in accordance with the terms of that Resolution, the 11ari time Safety Com.mi ttee, at its eighth session, approved the details of the tonnage mark table, the form and position of the tonnage mark and definition of the uppermost and second decks,

HAVING :;:-.x1uvIINED the report of the r.ar i. time Safety Committee (1-iSC X/36, paragraphs 54--56, which was transmitted to the Assembly by the Council in ac e ez-d anc e with .Article 22(a) of the IiviCO Conventierl,
