Traditions give the family stability and feeling of belonging. Values and beliefs are often reinforced through our traditions.

Many families celebrate important events in their lives such as birthdays, weddings, graduations, or the first day of school.

One of the simplest and most effective family rituals is sharing meals. Family mealtimes promote parent-child communication.
