1. Participate in a Small Group Small groups will meet every week for five weeks, starting February 18. Themeeting will consist of a time for fellowship, discussion and studying scripture. This is a great way to meet new people in the congregation, and to get toknow church friends better.

Small Group Sign Up Starts Sunday, January 7 You can sign up in a variety of ways:

l Online at https://micahproject2018.eventbrite.coml In Fellowship Halll Call the office at 330.650.4048

2. Worship Weekly That could mean you’re in the pews every Sunday (9:00, 10:30 or 11:59).Or you join worship via live stream. Worship is one key way to walk humblywith God – to lean into God’s gracious and grace-filled presence, drawingcloser to and relying on the source of light and love in our lives.

3. Pray Daily We’re giving everyone the same prayer and asking you to pray that prayerdaily. We pray to be connected to God, but when the whole congregationsays the same prayer daily, that connection extends among us all in apowerful and meaningful way.

The Daily Micah Project PrayerO God, thank you for this day, another day to live and to love... Help me to follow in your ways: To act with compassion and care... To give generously...To journey with you in faith and hope... Amen.

4. Give GenerouslyImagine what might be possible if we gave 3%...or 5%...or 10% of ourmonthly income away. Some of us already give at these levels. But for manyof us this practice will stretch our giving muscles in new ways. We encourageyou to take a leap of faith and increase what you give to the church or toother organizations. Be thoughtful and reflective—and bold—as you considerhow to prioritize your giving. How might being generous impact our lives?Whose lives might be changed by what we share? We won’t know unlesswe give it a try.

5. Act with Mercy Daily This might be as simple as holding the door open for someone. Or it couldbe committing to tutoring a child in need on an ongoing basis. We’re askingyou to face each day with an attitude of compassion, to look for theopportunities to do something small or big for someone else, to live outthe loving power of mercy in your daily living.
