Beware of Contractor Scams:If anyone knocks on your door asking to do work for you, be aware that it could be a scam. Recently we have been told that Residents have given money up front to Contractors and they never return and cannot be reached at the phone numbers provided. No one should be going door to door and if they are, please call Community Watch immediately.Do your research before hiring anyone! Speak with your neighbors, check references, research their license numbers.
Due to heavy demand and limited space at the RV Park, when it is time to renew your space, you will be limited to 1 space regardless of the number of homes you own. I wanted to give everyone advance notice so please plan accordingly.
