IVERSIFYING OUR MARKETSDIn 2006, the Gorgé Group decided on a big strategic move for CIMLEC Industrie: expansion beyond the automotive market to other industries and to public sector contracts.Today, versatility is one of our greatest assets. The diversity of our custo-mers (over 400) the multiplicity of our markets and the breadth of our know how are what make CIMLEC Industrie such a strong business. Our capacity to anticipate technological changes and to respond to our customers’ new economic and environmental constraints allows us to esta-blish new vectors for growth. In 2012 CIMLEC Industrie pursues development in aeronautics, logistics and passenger transportation.
Customer satisfaction and loyalty are our top priorities. To meet customers’ technical and budgetary constraints, CIMLEC Industrie constantly seeks new methods to produce better. Certified ISO9001 since 1998, CIMLEC Industrie further demonstrated their commitment to quality in 2007 by setting up a Quality management System. CIMLEC Industrie continues to improve performance by conducting upstream process audits and inspections.
MPROVING OUR METHODSICIMLEC Industrie has been achieving strategic development goals in every area of their business: - boosting growth of whole activities; - offering an ever wider range of services (eg mechanical robot renovation, industrial processes) - diversifying their markets (eg aeronautics, passenger transportation).
CIMLEC Industrie starts the year 2012 with a full order book and expects to reach all targets. In 2012 the company will continue to invest in training, modernization of production facilities, but also R&D and innovation. By preparing for the future, we will be able to offer our customers the very best in service for many years to come.
STRATEGY
6
Since 1963, CIMLEC has worked to establish close, durable working relations with customers such as PSA, in order to set a sustainable course for growth. Listening attentively to our customers and our markets pushes us to constantly adapt as our environment changes.
Today, more than ever, saving energy is critical. In 2012, we reaffirm our environmental commitment in our choice of suppliers, raw materials and consumables (eg paper, fuel). We respect environmental policy at all of our industrial and service facilities, as well as on every site we where we work.
ETTING A SUSTAINABLE COURSE
SEver since their founding, CIMLEC Industrie has built up the business by developing the right people: skilled operators, technicians and engineers. When it comes to meeting the demands of the market, our people have always been our greatest asset. CIMLEC Industrie chooses to train newcomers to the profession by hiring more than 5% apprentices, interns and recent graduates. For the last several years, CIMLEC Industrie has been investing significantly in professional training and we will be doing even more as we ready ourselves for the technical and strategic challenges that lie ahead.Above all, we do everything in our power to ensure the safety of our people and guarantee the quality of the services they provide.
I NVESTING IN PEOPLE
Strongly rooted in Europe, CIMLEC Industrie is committed to global development to meet customers’ needs, such as setting up or improving their industrial processes abroad. Today we can serve our customers well beyond our borders by sending our expert technicians anywhere in the world: Finland, Russia, Brazil, Turkey, Morocco, or wherever they are needed. Tomorrow’s challenge is to pursue our development locally and support development of french industry both at home in France and around the world.
