In Depth… In Revelation
This series covers the book of Revelation using the cross-referencing method.
This method allows the Bible to explain itself to the reader by providing texts
which correspond to the main chapter — in this case, of Revelation.
The book of Revelation is essentially a book of uncovering: it is not a hidden
or sealed book. Christ Himself provided this revelation for His people to read,
digest, understand (assimilate), and live out in their own lives. “He hath an
ear to hear, let him hear what the Spirit sayeth to the churches” (Rev. 3:22).
This book is a testimony to the story of salvation. It details the last events
within the plan of redemption, closing with the new world. These study cards
give a glimpse of that world and its implications for you and me.
Each card covers one chapter or segment of a chapter of Revelation. Study-
ing in bite-sized pieces allows for deeper and richer study. “For precept must
be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a
little, and there a little…” (Isaiah 28:10).
