In July 2007, Hillcrest, Erinbank and Broadmeadows Secondary College merged to become Hume Central Secondary College.
This is the story of how the School Improvement Group has integrated its role in the development of Hume Central Secondary College.
At Hume Central Secondary College, the School Improvement Group (SIG) is the team that meets on a regular basis and works together across campuses. Professional leave has enabled members more time and flexibility.

Student Development Management is being rolled out in term 4 to Year Level Team Coordinators whose main role is Welfare and Discipline.
