In order to continue with your Summer Camp reservation, you must first confirm your attendees. Please be sure to check that you counts are correct and adjust them as necessary. This will be the last opportunity to remove any attendees without filling out a change request form.
Once you click confirm attendees, you must continue through to finish booking. Please select the “Mail In” option and finalize your reservation. Until this step is complete, you are not fully booked.
NO ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED AT THIS TIME | EARLY RATE PAYMENTS ARE DUE APRIL 1, 2019.
Once you’ve confirmed your attendees, you will be able to add the names of your participants.
Click on the “Participants” tab.
You can see in this example,the names have been filled in for the youth/adult participants.
Click “Update Information” to make any changes to add or change information about a participant.
If you are using My Roster, an additional button will appear to the left of the “Update Information” button. Please refer to the My Roster tutorial at www.lhcscouting.org/camping/resources
Under the “More” tab, you will find information about the Payment Portal, reports, parent portal, etc.
If you haveattendees that you’d like to record payments for, click the “+” by Payment by Individual.
On this screen, you will have the opportunity to put payments in under the “Paying Now” column.
