In what year did you join Young Living?

The beginning of 2018.

How did you find out about Young Living & who introduced you to Young Living?

I came across another new mama sharing about Young Living on

Instagram. I was intrigued by all the different ways you could use

them. After a lot of research and discovering Young Living was the

best of the best when it comes to essential oils, I got my Starter

Bundle and never looked back. It changed our lives.

What was your occupation before joining Young Living?

I worked in retail for 7 years and then was a barista whilst studying

journalism at university.

What makes Young Living unique?

Their Seed to Seal quality, their ethics regarding being stewards

of the earth and the community that surrounds this incredible

company. So honoured to work alongside a company that

cares about me and my family’s wellness and the health of our

environment as much as I do.

How has your life changed since you joined Young Living?

It completely changed the trajectory of my family’s life to

one of freedom. We work hard at running our own business -

whilst travelling in a bus around Australia with our kids! It has

transformed our wellness and has brought so many beautiful like-

minded souls into our lives.

What is your favourite Young Living product? Why? Explain what the benefits are to you.

My whole family loves NingXia Red. Sometimes travelling on the

road, we can’t always get all the organic produce we’d like, so it’s

amazing to have NingXia as a natural antioxidant drink for us all.

We all love the taste and the energy boost it gives me as a mama

is amazing too.

Were you skeptical about essential oils and the Young Livingopportunity before?

I was lucky in that I had no pre-conceptions about network

marketing beforehand and my experiences of the business side of

Young Living has been full of positivity. I’ve worked hard because I

saw the vision of this opportunity for my family and it has paid off

a hundred fold. I was a bit skeptical about the ability of essential

oils to support your emotions but now I’m a convert. Ha! And it’s

one of the main ways I use them.

What changed your mind about Young Living?

Experiencing the oils and products for myself and experiencing

the incredible vitality they gave me, as well as watching so many

of those I’ve shared with, have their lives transformed too.

At what point did you decide to focus on Young Living full time?

I think 2-3 months into the business side I realised how much joy

and life it was bringing me, then I made the decision to focus on

turning this into my career. I put a hold on my Uni degree (which

I was a couple of months off finishing) and poured all my energy

into the vision for my business.

Why would you recommend others join Young Living?

Over and over and over again. The investment in your wellness

and yourself is the best investment you’ll ever make. I am so

thankful to have found my calling alongside a company that

completely aligns with my values and beliefs.

What do you think is the most incorrect myth you heard about Young Living?

That it’s a pyramid scheme and a cult! My experience has been so

far removed from any of the negativity I’ve come across about it.

I’ve never worked with a company that values its people and the

quality of its products as much as Young Living. It’s a testament

that after 26 years their essential oils, products and business

opportunity are standing the test of time and are experiencing

more success than ever.

What would your response be to correct this myth if you heard it yourself?

Pyramid schemes are illegal. This is network marketing done

with heart and integrity and in no other workplace have I been

so in control of my future. I think the word ‘cult’ gets thrown

around so superfluously. We are a community whose wellness

and daily lives have been transformed by these incredible oils

and products and we simply want to share this experience with

people so they can feel the same.
