Principal of Our Lady of Angels Regional School

During the month of November, we pause to give thanks for all those blessings given to us by God throughout the year. I would be remiss if I did not express my deepest gratitude to all the Our Lady of Angels Regional School community for all their support and good wishes since I became principal in July. You will all be in my prayers of thanksgiving this November 22nd.

School Mass

Our next co-celebrated mass with the Cardinal O’Hara High School community is scheduled for Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 9:15am in the school auditorium. This will be a mass of thanksgiving. All OLA parents/guardians and family members are invited to join us in prayer.

Calendar Updates

Picture Day

School Pictures will be taken by Tipping School Pictures on Friday, November 9, 2018. All students in Grades Pre-K to 8 are to wear their school uniform. Pre-K students that do not have school on Friday are welcome to come to the Library in the morning to have their picture taken. There will be a “Retake Day” for those who are absent and cannot attend this scheduled day. Ordering brochures will be sent home with the students.

Thanksgiving Holidays

The Thanksgiving Holidays will begin with an 11:40am dismissal on Wednesday, November 21st. Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd are school holidays. School resumes on Monday, November 26th.

Plans for the school rebuild

The plans for rebuilding Our Lady of Angels Regional School on the Our Lady of Perpetual Help campus are well under-way. It is amazing how much the Building Committee has accomplished in such a short time. The construction company will be chosen soon and demolition will begin a short time after. We are grateful for all their sacrifice and time spent in many meetings! Please continue to keep all those involved in your prayers.
