Hello SRRC Members,
I hope you are all enjoying summer and spending quality time with family and friends outdoors!
The SRRC Board is still working extremely hard to bring you a fantastic conference this fall in Jacksonville, FL. I wanted to take a moment and remind you that the EARLY BIRD Registration closes August 1! You still have a few weeks to register and I don’t want you to miss out on the discount! We have some excellent sessions planned, some of the topics include Building Policy, our Corporate Panel, a FL Market update and much more!
Keep in mind that registration is free for corporate attendees who manage relocation for their employers. We would like as many attendees as possible to benefit from the education and networking that the Southeastern Regional Relocation Council provides.
The Fall Conference will be held at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort and Spa on September 13th and 14th, 2017. Registration is now open online; click here to register today! Fall Conference Mark your calendar! Our fall meeting will take place in Jacksonville, FL on September 13th and 14th at the Sawgrass Marriott Resort. This award winning hotel has recently been renovated to provide a great conference experience through their vast amenities. The Sawgrass Marriott hotel is one of the nation’s premier Marriott resorts and with a 25,000-square-foot luxury resort spa surrounded by the TPC Sawgrass featuring two PGA level championship golf courses.

Member SpotlightBarb McIntyre-Bottorff Director, Global Business Development, Avenida SuitesBarb McIntyre-Bottorff is Director, Global Business Development for Avenida Suites. Founded in 2007, Avenida Suites is a Disabled Veteran Owned company that offers luxury furnished accommodations for short- term or extended stays worldwide. Avenida partners with companies to customize housing programs designed for relocation, travel, temporary assignments, intern programs and more.
At Avenida, Barb is responsible for developing new business opportunities using her genuine interest in people, her relocation industry savvy and her ability to find good solutions to tough problems. Her commitment to the client is for the long haul (pun intended) as she focuses on winning new clients for Avenida and keeping happy those who have made the change.
Prior to joining Avenida Suites, Barb spent the lion’s share of her career in the Relocation and Corporate Housing industry in Chicago, IL. She has served in leadership positions with OneSource Relocation, BridgeStreet Worldwide, and Oakwood Worldwide, successfully managing a varied portfolio of clients. Having worked with clients across the board including large Fortune 500s, professional sports teams, television and movie productions and other key accounts, her dedication to serving each client and their specific needs is unmatched.
Barb is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Illinois and holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council. Throughout her career, she has served on a number of committees as a member of Chicago’s Corporate Relocation Council. She is also an active member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and the Corporate Housing Provider’s Association (CHPA). She is currently based in Tampa.
