John Minihan
William Trevor, Devon, England 1988
John Minihan is one of Ireland's foremost photographers. He has published three major books of photographs in recent years: Photographs of Samuel Beckett (Secker, 1995), Shadows from the Pale (Secker, 1996), and An Unweaving of Rainbows: Portraits
of Irish Writers (Souvenir Press, 1998). A retrospective of his work was shown in the
National Library in Dublin in 2001. He lives in Co. Cork.
