Incaynamo is the Amazing Race that AIESEC in Peru celebrates every six months in order to find themost courageous Curacas and Ayllus from the Four Suyos of the Empire.

However, during the last period, the Empire has suffered of a leadership crisis because people hadlost faith in their own purpose and potential. The Empire was increasingly vulnerable of falling back intocorruption, inequality and economic decline.

The situation was very worrying!!

And when least expected, a small group of young people decided to transform the youth leadershipmovement of the empire to bring back peace and sustainable development. The movement was namedDynamo.

But they could not create a disruptive impact unless they developed massively prideful and ambitiousLeaders. So, they decided to challenge all the Etnias of the Empire in order to respond the call to ACTION!!

Thus was created this special version of Incaynamo: The Dynamus Amazing Race.
