IntroductionThe Incident Command introduction is aligned to London Fire Brigade (LFB) and the UKs training content/accreditation and has been customised to industry specific requirements in Oman.
Programme AimBabcock International Group’s emergency services team ads value to the Incident Command and Crisis Management community in the Sultanate of Oman by providing world class standards of the LFB and UK operational methodology. The Babcock programme will equip some core themes to delegates. This includes acquisition and maintenance of situational awareness, effective decision making and dynamic risk assessment and management
Babcock Training TeamThe Babcock training team comprises former UK and LFB senior operational commanders, who have extensive operational expertise and experience in commanding a wide range of incidents. These experienced professionals deliver all of our training.
Programme Outcomes
The programme will provide each delegate with a comprehensive series of learning opportunities covering a targeted range of knowledge and understanding coupled with a variety of practical simulations to support competent performance in the workplace.
Our blended learning approach combines cutting edge computer based scenario simulation training exercises, stimulating and thought provoking tutorial learning, and individual and group development activities. This ensures an engaging programme that maximises individual attainment.
