单板孵育器产品线

产品描述

单板孵育器产品线是自动化，可堆叠的加热孵育器，用于ANSI/SLAS板类耗材。两款仅用于孵育的型号，适用于微孔板(MP)或深孔板(DWP)孵育，反应板加盖也可使用。另外两种型号可提供额外的低频振荡功能，也适用于MP或DWP。

精确的温度和振荡控制, USB接口, 板载传感器和一些自检程序确保了安全，快速的孵育过程。带有振荡功能的模块设计基于独特的减震振荡原理, 能够实现振荡曲线的自由编程 (线性，环形，椭圆形,“8”字形)。配合使用各类孵育应用的软件和验证工具可形成完整的热解决方案。

该产品经CE和UL认证，是即插即用的高性能孵育模块,可用于客户 IVD应用中。MP板孵育器可通过底部接触表面加热将样品在约20分钟内从20ºC加热到37ºC。DWP板孵育器则在密闭空间内从四周进行加热，因此，如果在孵育过程中需要避免发生冷凝，这将是您的理想选择。这种加热原理也使其加热速率比传统孵育器快4倍。

所有孵育器类型:• 可呈塔状式堆叠, 无需额外固定装置，可堆叠不同模块• 模块可单独，独立控制 (主从原则)• 抽屉打开后, 板盖旋转90°, 可确保移液头和机械抓手的方便获取• 自我测试程序和板载传感器确保安全快速的孵育过程 • 通过温度加速器直接接触加热确保最佳加热速率• 温度范围: 环境+5K至80ºC• 也适合带盖反应板

孵育振荡器类型:• 适用于微孔板和深孔板的精确温度和振荡控制• 振荡速度：400至1,800 RPM, 振幅：0至3毫米• 可自由编程的振荡模式(线性, 环形, 椭圆形, “8”字形)
