Description: Each operator cuts broccoli and classifies it in 3 categories (first, second, bad). After filling the basket worker goes to scale to record: product type, operator, net weight and time. This goes to a PC and the worker is paid according to the % of completed work. Additionally yields are measured. Productivity increased by 16% (more than 60 tons/day).
