We offer you a choice of a lovingly restored apartment in the historic Academy Building, an elegant, modern apartment in the Flatirons Building, or a private Bungalow on our meticulously maintained grounds. A quiet neighborhood, tree-lined streets and spectacular mountain views provide a lovely backdrop for your home at The Academy.

• Each residence is unique and individual, with spacious interiors, high ceilings, custom woodwork and oversized windows.• Each residence has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, indi vidually controlled heating and air-conditioning, and spacious closets.• Residences in the Flatirons Building and the Bungalows have private outdoor patios and decks.• Attachedheatedgaragesandstoragelockersareavailableonafirst- come,first-servebasis.• All utilities (electricity, gas, water, trash, recycling and expanded cable television service) except telephone service are included.• Each residence is equipped with our emergency call system so that, if you need it, help is just a moment away. • For a perfect start to your day, our breakfast buffet is available Monday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., or you can enjoy breakfast in our cozy Café.

• Every Sunday you can enjoy our festive champagne brunch. • Our lunches and dinners feature a variety of delectable choices that

change weekly with the season. • We offer monthly food demonstrations and ethnic dinner celebrations,

as well as festive dinners, brunches and barbeques on holidays and special occasions throughout the year.

• Each Thursday evening, join us for our complimentary social hour, featuring an assortment of delectable appetizers and your favorite cocktail, wine or beer.

• Your monthly service fee includes three meals every day, plus nutritious snacks and complimentary social hours.

• Musical opportunities include a chamber concert series and University of Colorado student and faculty concerts in our own beautiful historic Auditorium, as well as Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra, University of Colorado Artist Series and Colorado Music Festival concerts and musical performances at the Denver Performing Arts Center and the Central City Opera.

• On-site educational opportunities include University of Colorado retired professor lectures, poetry-writing workshops, book groups and current events discussions, just to name a few. Off-site, with the University of Colorado only a few blocks away, you can enroll in classes and attend the annual World Affairs Conference and other on-campus educational workshops and forums.

• If you enjoy theater, we offer the opportunity to attend performances at the Boulder Dinner Theater, the University Theater, and the Denver Performing Arts Center.

• Ifyoupreferanindividualworkout,weofferafitnessroom with a variety of exercise equipment. • If you’d like to indulge yourself, we can arrange for a soothing massage or a manicure or pedicure in the calm of our massage room or in the privacy of your residence. • Our nurses offer wellness services and educational classes on health-based topics.
