mod. AM MANUAL Galvanized & painted structureThe hose reels of the range AM are suitable to distribute air for professional use. These hose reels are portable but they are also suitable for installation in both fixed andremovable position (see A). The metallic structure protects the drum and can be used to carry the hose reel. The drum is made of hot-galvanized steel. The hose reels are coated with electrostatic polyester powder resistant to UV rays.The handle for the hose rewinding can be easily folded against the drum to minimise space.The hose supplied is made of polyurethane / thermoplastic material reinforced with a textile braid.The models with distribution hose are supplied complete with a 2 m flexible hose for the connection to the system.

The hot galvanised steel structure is moulded and coated with electrostatic polyester powder resistant to UV rays.The inner components of the hose reel and those which go in contact with the fluid are produced by a special plastic composite material.The incorporated revolving support allows the orientation of the hose reels in order to guide its direction.The hose reels are supplied and completed with a distribution hose which is made of polyurethane / thermoplastic material and reinforced by a special textile braid. This distribution hose is available with two different diameters. Furthermore these models are supplied with an additional connecting flexible hose 1 m long.

The automatic hose reels model MGP are suitable to distribute air and nitrogen for professional use. The hose reels rewind automatically the hose by a spring located in the drum. The hose can be stopped at the desired length. The hot galvanised steel structure is moulded and coated with electrostatic polyester powder resistant to UV rays.The inner components of the hose reel and those which go in contact with the fluid are produced by a special plastic composite material.The incorporated revolving support allows the orientation of the hose reels in order to guide its direction.The hose reels are supplied and completed with a distribution hose which is made of polyurethane / thermoplastic material and reinforced by a special textile braid. This distribution hose is available with two different diameters. Furthermore these models are supplied with an additional connecting flexible hose 1 m long.

The automatic hose reels of the range AL are suitable to distribute fluids at several pressures and temperatures. The hose reels rewind automatically the hose by a springlocated in the drum. The hose can be stopped at the desired length. The hot-galvanized steel structure is moulded and coated with electrostatic polyester powder resistantto UV rays. The parts in contact with the fluid are specially treated to improve resistance to corrosion.The hose-guide support can be mounted in two different positions according to the hose reel installation (see A-B).The range is divided into different models depending on hose diameters and lengths. At request, models equipped with special hoses can be supplied.Optional: flexible hose for the connection to the system, revolving stand, 4-rollers hose guide, additional bracket for a quick fixing of the hose reel.

The automatic hose reels of the range VL are suitable for transferring fluids at several pressures and temperatures. The hose reels rewind automatically the hose by a springlocated in the drum. The hose can be stopped at the desired length. The hot-galvanized steel structure is moulded and coated with electrostatic polyester powder resistantto UV rays. The parts in contact with the fluid are specially treated to improve resistance to corrosion. The special open construction allows an easy assembly and replacementof the hose and permits control of the rewinding. The hose-guide arms can be fixed in three different positions according to the hose reel installation (see A-B-C).The range is divided into several models depending on hose diameters and lengths. At request, versions equipped with special hoses can be supplied.Optional: lateral protective covers, flexible hose for the connection to the system, revolving stand, 4-rollers hose guide, anti-derailment bracket, additional bracket for aquick fixing of the hose reel.

The hose reels of the range OSV/OSVM are suitable for distribution of oxygen/acetylene and in the version without hose even for oxygen/propane or natural gas. The hose reels rewind automatically the hose by a spring located in the drum. The hose can be stopped at the desired length.The hot-galvanized steel structure is moulded and coated with electrostatic polyester powder resistant to UV rays.The special open construction allows an easy assembly and replacement of the hose and permits control of the rewinding. The hose-guide arms can be fixed in three different positions according to the hose reel installation (see A-B-C).The models with hose are supplied complete with the flexible hoses for the connection to the system.The rubber twin hoses supplied are manufactured in conformity to the “EN 559” rule. The lateral protective covers, provided only for the OSV model, are included as standard.Optional: revolving stand for OSV/OSVM models, bracket for fixingand anti-derailment bracket only for OSV model.

The hose reels of BGL/BGLD ranges have been designed to rewind flexible hoses with high length and diameters up to 1”. They are suitable to distribute fluids like dieselfuel, oil, air, water at different pressures and temperatures. They cannot be used with petrol, solvents, flammable or highly corrosive liquids. The hose reels are available with single (BGL) or double spring (BGLD) for rewinding the hose and can lock it at the desired length using an automatic system. The hot-galvanized steel structure is moulded and coated with electrostatic polyester powder resistant to UV rays. The components which go in contact with the fluid are produced with materials resistant to oxidation and compatible with several chemical products. The special open design ensures an easy hose assembly and replacement as well as a control on the rewinding. The hose-guide arms can be fixed in three different positions according to the hose reel installation (see A-B-C). The models with distribution hose are supplied complete with the flexible hose for the connection to the system. Optional: bracket for fixing.

Ils sont utilizes pour la distribution des fluidescomme carburant diesel, huile, air, eau àdifférentes pressions et températures. Ils nepeuvent pas être utilisés avec de l'essence,solvants, liquides inflammables ou hautementcorrosifs. Les enrouleurs sont disponibles avecressort unique (BGL) ou double (BGLD) pourréenrouler le tuyau et permettent l'arrêt à lalongueur souhaitée à l'aide d’un systèmeautomatique. La structure en acier galvanisé àchaude est moulée et vernie à poudre enpolyester résistante aux rayons UV. The automatic hose reels of the range MCX are mainly used for hot water cleaning, at low and high pressure. The hose reels rewind automatically the hose by a spring located in the drum. Thanks to the structure made of stainlesssteel type AISI 304, these hose reels are the most suitable for environments requiring a good resistance to corrosion and particularly for food factories. They can be used inbig kitchens, slaughter houses, dairies, chemical and pharmaceutics industries, swimming pools.The fixing brackets can be assembled in three different positions on the hose reel to allow wall, ceiling or floor mounting (see A). Thanks to the structure made of stainlesssteel type AISI 304, these hose reels are the most suitable for environments requiring a good resistance to corrosion and particularly food factories. They can be used in big kitchens, slaughter houses, dairies, chemical and pharmaceutics industries, swimming pools. The special open construction allows an easy assembly and replacement of the hose and permits control of the rewinding.The hose-guide arms can be fixed in three different positions according to the hose reel installation (see A-B-C). The hose reels of BGLX/BGLDX ranges have been designed to rewind flexible hoses with high length and diameters up to 1”. They are are mainly used for hot water cleaning at low and high pressure. The hose reels are available with single (BGLX) or double spring (BGLDX) for rewinding the hose and can lock it at the desired length using an automatic system. Thanks to the structure made of stainless steel type AISI 304, these hose reels are the most suitable for environments requiring a good resistance to corrosion and particularlyfood factories. They can be used in big kitchens, slaughter houses, dairies, chemical and pharmaceutics industries, swimming pools. The drum rotates on ball bearings toreduce friction and to improve functionality. The hose-guide arms can be fixed in three different positions according to the hose reel installation (see A-B-C). The models with distribution hose are supplied completewith the flexible hose for the connection to the system.

The automatic curtain-support cable reels of the range MPRT are mainly made of moulded steel and coated with electrostatic epoxidic powder resistant to UV rays. All theparts of the supporting framework are made of galvanized steel. This special equipment is designed for supporting, curtains which are employed for separating workingareas, by a steel cable incorporated in the reel.The device consists of a revolving arm which is able to turn on itself of 180° and must be fixed on the wall, a steel cable reel, a positioning handgrip and a tensioning leverwhich must be fixed on the opposite wall of the reel.This equipment can be used to split working places such as car wash, greasing, grinding and spray painting areas, to delimitate welding department and temporary workplaces in workshops or even in sport centres where different sports are practiced… etc.
