As per GOI Notification No. S.O.2119(E)dated 26.06.2020 and No.2/1(5)/2019-P&G/Policy(pt.IV) dated06.08.2020 issued by Ministry of MSME, an undertaking is required from all the MSME firms that their firm has notbeen reclassified and the status is same as per UAM Certificate submitted by the firm OR the firm have to submitthe fresh certificate which clearly mention their re-classified status.

India Government Mint, Noida reserves the right to accept any tender and to reject any or all tenders, to acceptin part or in full any tender or reject any tender without assigning any reason or to cancel the tendering process andreject all tenders at any time prior to award of contract, without incurring any liability, what so ever to the affectedtenderer or tenderers.

15. If found, any security breach by the contractor, will lead to:

Section V: Special Conditions of Contract (SCC)The following Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) will apply for this purchase. The corresponding clauses ofGeneral Conditions of Contract (GCC) relating to the SCC stipulations have also been incorporated below. 06 24.1 Quantum of LD If the supplier fails to perform the services withinthe time frame incorporated in the contract. IGMNshall, without prejudice to other rights andremedies available to IGMN under the contract,deduct from contract price, as liquidated damages,as sum equivalent to the 0.5% of the deliveredprice of the delayed services for each week ofdelay or part thereof until actual performance,subject to a maximum deduction of the 10% of thedelayed services contract prices(s).

(I) Construction of patrolling track with interlocking paver block from pump house to electric meter room at I.G. Mint,Noida sector-1 which includes:

1. Surface dressing of the area.2. Earth work for foundation including back filling.3. Providing & laying of PCC below brick work.4. Providing & laying of PCC below Paver block.5. Brick work at edges for side support.6. Providing & laying factory made paver blocks 60 mm thick on a bed of coarse sand.7. Providing & laying PCC coping on brick work.

(II) Providing & Fixing Paver Blocks Roads in Factory Area:

Scope of work:-

1. Surface excavation of the area by the road side.2. Demolishing of the brick pitching along the road side.3. Dry brick pitching.4. Providing and laying CC 1:2:45. Providing & laying 60mm thick factory made inter locking cc paver blocks of grade M-30 concrete.

OTHER Conditions:

1. Quantity may be vary at the time of execution and payment shall be made as per actual execution of works.2. Schedule of work is enclosed as Annexure II & III.3. Work shall be carried out as per CPWD specifications 2019 (Vol. I & II) with update correction slip.4. Safety in works shall be the responsibility of the contractor.5. OTHER SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT:

1. Intending Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselvesbefore submitting their tenders as to the nature of the ground and sub-soil (so far as is practicable), the form andnature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shallthemselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influenceor affect their tender. A tenderer shall be deemed to have full knowledge of the site whether he inspects it or not andno extra charge consequent on any misunderstanding or otherwise shall be allowed. The tenderer shall beresponsible for arranging and maintaining at his own cost all materials, tools & plants, water, electricity access,facilities for workers and all other services required for executing the work unless otherwise specifically provided forin the contract documents. Water supply & electricity if requested and provided by IG Mint, Noida shall be recovered@ 1% of the cost. Submission of a tender by a tenderer implies that he has read this notice and all other contractdocuments and has made himself aware of the scope and specifications of the work to be done and local conditionsand other factors having a bearing on the execution of the work.2.
