ANNOUNCEMENTS
AN INDIAN FEAST
Prepared with yogurt and spices, the name comes from the type of cylindrical clay oven, a tandoor, in which the dish is traditionally prepared.
TANDOORI CHICKEN
Lassi is a popular, traditional, yogurt-based drink from Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. Lassi is a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes, fruit.
MANGO LASSI
Milk or yogurt may also be used to impart distinct tastes to the naan. Milk used instead of water will, as it does for ordinary bread, yield a softer dough.
Typically, it will be served hot and brushed with “ghee”- hindi for butter.
