MiningThe rst step to nding the perfect slab is locating a potential quarrying site, and this process requires geologists to locate the mining place. Samples are then obtained by boring into the earth; these samples are then tested to determine if the marble is suitable for use as dimensional building stone.

Dressing of Marble BlocksThe raw marble blocks received at factory are unloaded in the gantry yard with the help of Gantry Cranes. The dressing machine operator dresses the marble block from all the sides for removal of natural defects.

ExtractingOnce mining has begun, perhaps there are several months of digging before any marble is extracted from the quarry, because clearing the way to reach the best material, requires removing overburden, or dirt, before the stone is accessible.

Sawing ProcessThe dressed and reinforced blocks are shifted to the Gang saw trolley as per the size of the Gang saw machine. The trolley is placed below the blades for sawing. Marble slabs for construction or sculpture are cut using diamond wires or a gang saw, which uses multiple diamond-tipped blades to slice a marble block into more manageable slabs. Often, a resin is applied to ll in cracks in the marble's surface.

Polishing ProcessPolishing process is done with the polishing machine. The machine is used for making the surface even and then polishing marble slabs for getting a smooth and shiny surface. Throughout various stages of marble processing, quality inspections are done multiple times that include checking the desired size, thickness, nish, edge prole and quality of the marble used.

InstallationInstalling marble or granite in Flooring, Countertops, Walls, Stairs can add beauty and elegance to the interior. With a variety of options in coloring and nish, marble or granite tiles can complement virtually any color scheme.

PackagingFinally, the marble products are safely and properly packed in strong wooden crates to avoid any damage (chipping, scratch or breakage) during the transportation process.

Our team members conduct rigorous inspections on the quarried stone slabs and further verify the processed tiles to ensure a smooth texture and blemish free sheen for each product.

PackagingStones are understood to be hard in nature but before a customer gets his rst hands on them, they have been subjected to harsh treatment as they travel miles through rough seas. Hence, it is essential that they are securely packed to surpass all the harsh treatment. We give value to our production and hard work of our workers, we would not like that our stones break away while in transit. In order to protect these stones from breakage or even damage (like staining, etc.) our dedicated packaging team ensures the right procedures while packing stones in wooden crates.

We pack stone tiles directly into the wooden crates but before started packing each wooden crate is rst in-lined with foam sheet or thermacol sheet to protect stones against damage. Between the polished surfaces we always put thin polythene sheet to protect the surface from undue scratches. To increase the strength of the crate / pallet we always apply iron / plastic strapping all around each crate.

Quality StandardsKeeping all quality industrial recommended quality parameters and standards as our prime focus, we manufacture our entire range of products. For quality approved delivery of products, we have established sound quality testing laboratory at our premises. Here, the quality of our whole products is checked on various parameters before their nal shipment in the industry.
