PREAMBLE

ISTE - TN & P section Awards - 2016

ISTE TN & P section awards are given to Chapters/Chapter Chairman/chapter secretary/Faculty advisor/Faculty

member/Students for their excellent performance during the every academic year. The individuals willing to send

nominations for these awards, for the period from 1st

June 2015 to 31st

May 2016 may send their entries to the

CHAIRMAN, ISTE TN & P section. The information / relevant proof relating to the award needs to be provided along

with entry. Awards will be presented to all the awardees during the respective Annual Convention of ISTE TN & P

section as well as in the National level conventions held every year.

NOTE:

The filled nominations forms with supporting documents should reach the below mentioned address on or before 22nd

September, 2016.

The acknowledgement of receipt of the nomination will be send to concerned person through

e-mail.

The awardees will be intimated through e-mail/letter and a copy will be send to the head of their institution.

(Each one for ENGINEERING and POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES)

Nominations are invited from the Chairman of all the ISTE Chapters functioning in Engineering Colleges /Polytechnic Colleges in the states of

Tamilnadu and Puducherry for “the BEST ISTE CHAPTER CHAIRMAN AWARD”. The nomination should be prepared and submitted by the

Chairman concerned and must be forward through the Principal of the concerned.

ELIGIBILITY FOR NOMINATION

Full time teachers working in Engineering/Polytechnic Colleges who are Chairman for at least three years are eligible.

DETAILS OF AWARD

The award consists of the following:

1. A Cash Prize of Rs.2000

2. Brass/Copper shield mounted by wooden frame

3. Certificate

TA/DA

Award winners will be given travelling allowance by reimbursing the actual fare (restricted to 3 tier A/C fare by train) to receive the award.

ISTE Award-2016 (Awarded at Annual national convention)

“BEST ISTE CHAPTER IN TN&P SECTION 2016”

(Each one for Engineering College and Polytechnic College)

Nominations are invited from the Chairman of ISTE Chapters functioning in Engineering Colleges/Polytechnic Colleges in the states of Tamilnadu for

“ISTE Best Chapter Award”. The nomination should be prepared and submitted by the Chairman concerned. .

ELIGIBILITY FOR NOMINATION ISTE Chapters in Engineering Colleges/Polytechnic Colleges with at least three years of existence are eligible. Only One Chapter will get the award.

DETAIL SOFAWARD The award consists of the following:

1. Brass/Copper shield mounted by wooden frame(A4Size)

2. Certificate

TA/DA Award winners will be given travelling allowance by reimbursing the actual fare (restricted to 3tier A/C fare by train)to receive the award.
