Co-business ,anti poor budget

• Corperate business

Reducing 30% of the corperate tax to 25%

589000crore rupees tax relaxation is given to corperate

,minority.

For the last ten years 41 lakh crore rupees where given to the corperate from the common peoples income .

• Anti poor

Plan size has been reduced to 10% than the earlier budget,which means that there is a total reduction in the welfare projects

• women and children welfare ministries total allocation is reduced to 18000 crore rupees

• Rural devolopement allocations have been reduced about 9000 crore rupees

• Rural employement gurantee scheme was merged with Rural development and reduced the amountwhich was a bigger welfare mission of the state for the poor people

Reality behind social security missons

• For to make Fiscal deficit 4.1,when there is no definite increase in the revenue , what this government doing is “project cut”

• Means reducing fund for the welfare programs

• Total plan size of earlier budget was 5.75lakh crorenow it reduced to 4.65 lakh crore rupees.

• Reducing 1 lakh crore rupees in the plan size, ever in the history

Total reduction in budget allocation than earlier years is 49000crore rupees

• Major reduction of fund in higher education sector

• Major reduction of fund in health care 37 thousand Crore to 33 thousand crore

• Reduction in fund allocation for agriculture sector

• This Budget is cutting the allocations of many welfare schemes to half

• to misdirect the attention of the people from these key issues,budget is annoucing new mega projects like social securitymissions

• Swach bharath mission total fund allocation reduced to

6000 crore from 12000 crore

• Reduction in funds of SCTSP,this is even against their

rights given by the law

• Central sponsored plan has been cut down

• Central plan assistance has been considerably reduced

for the states ,so the total for projects for the state has

been reduced to 7% from 37% ,during finance

commission

Public Distribution System PDS

• Proposal of Introducing Targeted public distribution system TPDS

• says,for to get the benefits of subsidies to the people directly ,

• Actually govt initiates new system of TPDS,to distroy existing public distribution system PDS in the country since 1942

• Public distribution system has a great role in maintaining the price hike in the country

• public distribution system is not for poor alone but for middle class too

This is cooperate agenda to destroy the PDS.

PDS is doing a great role in to maintaining the price hike

Never gets the subsidy to common people as they have to approach bank every time

Is the money people gets from bank is used for the same

purpose is a question

This is an agenda to cut subsidies given to the people

No changes or increase in subsidy with price increase in

the market .

Of 3 crore people of Kerala only 1.42 are going to

benefitted

This affects consumer states

No more wealth tax• Budget proposes to avoid wealth tax.

The increase in inherent assets ,and avoidance of wealth tax

will be creating in equality in the society

Effective collection of wealth tax is to be done rather than

termination of wealth tax

Income tax

• Income tax limit tax payable amount reduced to 444200,

• but for that they have to invest or spend on different investments,about2.5 lakhs.

• So it is not for common people, but for richer ones, who can have such huge amount to spend

• Announcing this in a way that, it is a great benefit

Increase in service tax

• Service taxes are increasing from 12.5 to 14%

• This increases the burden of common people.

• Causes Price hike in the market

• Consuming states like Kerala, Delhi will be suffering

No benefit of economical

supporting factors to people

• Many supporting economical factors existing, but the benefits is not given to common people.

• eg;petroleum products price lowering and getting an additional income of 60000 to 70000

• Coal production auction starts again after bancreates extra income

• 3G spectrum auction sales etc.

Entrepreneurship

• A 1000 crore rupees is allotted in the budget

entrepreneurship development

• Is it enough ..? or at least satisfies the basic needs of

entrepreneurship development in the country..?

• Saying a lot about

make in India but nothing for make India

programs ,dats entrepreneurship developments

Announcing New Pension

schemes

• Budget proposes ,the employees can choose between EPF or NPS for their retirement plan

• These changes getting no effects to government employees compared to their earlier statuary pensions schemes.

• Why should employees hard earned money of a life time to be invested in stock markets where there is no assurance in return

• Government job is a Service

Banning of black money

• Governments announcements on returning the money from

Swiss bank in budget is not practical.

• This proposal is a publicity stunt ,nothing is going to happen

• If government has true intention in these matters,

government should initiate proposals like double taxations

for black money returning from some country's

• What about black money in India ..?Its about 1.3 trillion

crores.

• This is a budget proposal for the corporate

• This is budget as a payback for the corporate for the

support in the election

• This budget is antipoor

• This budget ignore the 65% people living in the rural

India

• This budget avoid middle class
