Youth Groups & Schools 10+ pupils, children £12 each, 1 free accompanying adult with every 10 children. Additional adult tickets at group rate, if applicable. (excludes Sat and Sun evenings, all top price seats and all performances 15 to 31 of December 2016).

Boxes 4 people can sit in a box. This includes babes-in-arms. Boxes are sold as a whole unit (4 seats). Group discounts and Friends discounts cannot be applied to the price of a box. Please note boxes have restricted or side view.

STEP 5 OPTIONAL RELAXED PERFORMANCE DONATIONPlease help us to give children in every special school in Edinburgh the chance to experience live theatre by making a donation. Could you spare the price of a ticket for one of these special performances?

What is a Relaxed Performance?A Relaxed Performance is specially tailored for children with complex additional needs – they can feel free to express themselves, move about, make noise and come in and out of the auditorium as they wish making it much less stressful for both the children and their carers. We make a number of alterations to both the performance and the theatre to make sure the experience is as comfortable and accessible as possible such as removing seats to accommodate many more wheelchairs and providing break-out spaces with a live feed so that the children won’t miss out if they become overwhelmed.

STEP 6 OPTIONAL PROGRAMME VOUCHERSWe sell programmes for £3 each (in advance). Redeem your voucher with our Customer Service team at the King’s Theatre on the day.

STEP 7 RETURN YOUR FORM Please post or drop off your form to the Box Office at the Festival Theatre.

(Please Note: Forms will not be accepted by email, at the King’s Theatre, Stage Door, Festival Theatre Café or under the doors of the theatre if we are closed. We can’t be held responsible for forms lost in the post.)

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?Once we receive your form it will be dated, numbered and time stamped.

Once your reservation has been made we will send you a confirmation letter – due to the high numbers of forms received, this may not be until February.

Please check your booking confirmation letter thoroughly to make sure everything is correct. Call us immediately if any changes need to be made or if you have not heard anything from us by the end of February 2016.

WHAT IF I NEED TO REDUCE MY NUMBERS?That’s fine by us, but please be as accurate as possible with your original booking. If you need to alter the number of tickets in your booking, please contact us before your payment due date.

If the ‘total box’ on your confirmation letter is empty or contains TBC, you must contact us to confirm your numbers/concessions before your payment due date.

WHEN DO I PAY?Your seats are reserved until the corresponding payment date for your reservation.

No deposit is required in advance.

STEP 3 CONCESSIONSIf you have chosen a performance where there is no Group rate we will need to know your breakdown in order to send you an accurate price.

Please note: Babies under 12 months will be given a Babes-in-Arms ticket entitling them to sit on their parent’s lap for free. Babies do not qualify as group members for group discounts. Babes-in-Arms tickets are not available in Boxes and are subject to availability.

STEP 4 INDICATE YOUR SEATING PREFERENCETell us which dates you would prefer (please give us at least two date options), which part of the auditorium you would like to sit in and in which price range.

Each year we receive over 900 forms, some of these are for extremely large bookings therefore, we ask that you give us multiple options to make it quicker for us to process your order.

If we are unable to get any of your preferences we will call you in order to discuss options.

Where the group rate is not available, concessions and child discounts will apply (where available).

Where the group rate is available, adults and children over 12 months will be the same reduced group rate (£4 off full price).
