EVENT HIGHLIGHTINFORMATION, NE WS AND UPDATE

2nd Edition

This is a regular event that set by people development division team. The aim of this program is to give inspiring insight for all Indivara leaders about the real situation in business and how to handle some issues that related to the situation itself.

CEO TALK

Leading Technical People

In this first series, we brought “Leading Technical People” as the event theme and invited Mr. Hasnul Suhaimi former CEO of XL Axiata and one of the best CEO in Indonesia to share his experiences in handling technical people and brought his company become number 2 in Indonesia in 3 years.

The event started with keynote speech from Indivara Group CEO Mr. Jusuf Sjariffudin, in short he describe how he started Jatis back in 1997 with only consist of 8 people and in after almost 20 years there are more than 300 people are join with our group now and 60% of it are technical people, that’s why the insight of how leading technical people is important for Indivara Group leaders to learn.

Mr. Hasnul shared that as leaders, first we have to have the ability to create and manage a performance driven culture and it’s all starting from ourselves. We first have to be passionate to contribute beyond company’s expectations and have the ability to inspire our sub-ordinate in order to have the same passion with us.

Beside Mr. Hasnul, we also invited Mr. Ali Damanik an expert in leadership consulting from Blessing White Indonesia. In his session he shared some tips of how leaders have to do when leading technical people which are the experts in their fields.

We held this event in Oriental Cafe and there are 59 leaders from Indivara Group attended.

Sapphire on IESE 2016

Indonesia E-Commerce Summit & Expo 2016 is the first event held by the largest Indonesian e-com-merce association (IdEA). This event took place in ICE BSD, Serpong Tangerang.

Indivara Group along with more than 100 e-com-merce players was participating in this event to promote our solutions for this industry. For this event we brought prototype of Sapphire, which we believe as the complete solutions for e-commerce industries. We show a demo of the applications in one large LED touch screen and have been succeed to attract more than 150 people to visit our booth.

In this event, we all learn that there are so many competitors in the market who are really aggressive in all activities. They have so many attractive pack-ages to attract customers, users or partner in order to boost their product or solutions.

Beside Sapphire, we also aggressively promote our other platforms in order to educate visitors that if talking about e-commerce we really have the com-plete packages for them. In this event also, we could see the enthusiast of our product team to promote their “baby”. They actively approach visitors and succeed make our booth crowded.

From this event, we had 170 names in database and 60 % of it are C-Level or owner of a company. We had been connected with some of them who have interest to become our partner. We also get covered by some respective Indonesian digital media when the event’s run. They highlight Sapphire as the inte-grated platform for e-commerce and how it could help the industries.

Java Developer Trainee

We provide the combination of Java Fundamental and Java Web Programming as them main training subject, so they could enhance their hard skills in Java. Besides that we also give them product knowledge so they could have a vision about what they could do after the training ends.

For two months these new comers will be learn everything they should know about Java and also how to implement it in real project or product development. not just that, they also provided with knowledge about framework and development tools that Indivara use to build their platform.

Until mid of 2016, there already 33 persons passed from our JDT program and recently have been actively involve in some projects in our clients or in product development.

With this program we hope we could give the best quality of service to clients and always meet the project or product development timeline.

This is our ultimate program to build our new recruit of junior developer to become an expert in Java programming.

In the last week of May 2016, the Product team, TAF, Marcom and nSI team have moved to a new building in Jalan Batu Tulis raya. This building will be called nSI Building because it is where nSI as the new entity will be operate.

Why we called new HQ for creative people because all the members of these teams are people who have eagerness to realize their imagination when some people just keep imagine.

With having a new place to play, we hope these creative people could give more contribution to Indivara Group and make the vision of our company to be the World Class IT Company become reality.

This event is set as a discussion forum for all of or technical people, in this event we will discuss and update our tech people with new technology standardization that we plan to use and also the current trends in the market and how our tech people could deal with it.

In the first and second series we brought “Microservices” as the topic, because we will use this technology in managing our entire platform.

Mr. Sudarwanto our senior solutions architect shared his knowledge about this technology, what is the benefit, why we are going to use it and how to implement it.
