    United States, 353 U.S. 657, 77 S.Ct. 1007, 1 L.Ed.2d 1103. See also Agnello

    v. United States, 269 U.S. 20, 46 S.Ct. 4, 70 L.Ed. 145, and Giordenello v.United States, 357 U.S. 480, 78 S.Ct. 1245.
