Transfer of knowledge by Bureau of Marine affairs to local community on seaweed products

Bureau of Marine affairs and fosheries in cooperation with Local bureau -DKP Brebes Regency create a “Disemination & Diversification Product of fish and seaweed”.

Objective : to improve knowledge of fish processor and seaweed farmers

Some of value added products from seaweed: pulp, syrop, pate, cracker chips, fishball and pudding.
