Leave Policy - 1 Leave to be sanctioned from the

management of the firm atleast seven days in advance before proceeding on leave.

Medical emergencies – medical certificate to be produced on joining the

office You are under an obligation to inform the partner

of the emergencies and the period of leave before 12 noon on the first day of the leave.

Leave Policy - 2 In case the conditions stipulated in

Previous Slide are not complied with

the enhanced deduction from salary/stipend shall be made based on the following criteria:

First Case: 150% of average daily salary.

Second Case: 200% of average daily salary.

Third Case: Termination of employment/training without notice.

Attendance Policy Office Timings – 10 AM To 6 PM Allowance - Attend the office by 10:15 AM at

Faridabad in winters Attendance in Office is to be marked on arriving in the

office immediately If attendance not marked and attendance register

checked after 12 Noon – Absent marked If at Client location

We believe you Surprise Checks Conducted by Management If not present at the time of surprise check the complete

attendance at the client location is considered as absent.

Pay and Reimbursable - 1 Pay/Stipend to be paid by cheque based on

attendance on 10th of Next Month In no case to be paid by cash The Bills for reimbursable to be submitted in

Reimbursement Book kept in the office by 5th of the Following Month

If delayed in submission of bills – paid in next month.

Original Bills/Tickets for Travel by Bus, Train are to be submitted for the reimbursement.

Taxi/Auto bills specific permission from the Partner required

Pay and Reimbursable - 2 Taxi/Auto Bills from Station in case of outstation travel

only against prepaid auto/Taxi receipts

Advance Adjustment bills to be submitted immediately in Reimbursement Book with in 24 hours of arriving at the head office.

All advances after completion of work outstanding at the time of Payroll generation shall be adjusted against salary/stipend.

Salary is to be treated as confidential information and no communication is to be done with colleagues and other staff

Appraisals The performance review is done bi-yearly in the organization

How do we Access You ? The promotions/incerments in the organization are usually

governed by the following factors: How well an employee performed in his / her present job. How much potential an employee has for future

responsibilities. How much additional knowledge he / she have acquired for

further advancement. Personal attribute, work habits, attitude towards self and
