What is it used for?To assess suitability of the new individual for the volunteering role

How long will it last?Typically between 3-6 months (e.g., 6 months for FIFO workers)

When will they be informed as to whether they are or not successful in joining the BGU?After completing the probationary period (3 or 6 months from the date of joining the BGU)
