The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Santiago es para personas mayores de 18 años. Los Servicios del Spa están disponibles para huéspedes de todas las edades. Las citas deben ser programadas con antelación. El Departamento de Reservas de nuestro Spa le puede ayudar a plani�car su experiencia en nuestro oasis de descanso, incluyendo los mejores tratamientos para usted. Por favor, al hacer su reserva, noti�que al agente si tiene presión arterial alta, alergias, enfermedades físicas o discapacidades, así también si está embarazada.

Durante el embarazo hay servicios que se deben evitar, pero existen alternativas que se pueden disfrutar en algunas zonas del cuerpo.

Para los tratamientos se recomienda utilizar el mínimo de ropa, sin embargo, use lo que sea cómodo para usted. Durante todos los tratamientos, el cuerpo está completamente cubierto, a excepción de la zona que se está trabajando. En los lockers de Damas y Caballeros encontrarán batas y zapatillas durante y después de los tratamientos. Los armarios están disponibles para objetos personales, sin embargo, si usted es un invitado de la localidad (huésped del hotel), se recomienda dejar objetos de valor en la caja fuerte de su habitación. Los teléfonos celulares deben estar apagados en el Spa. Se recomienda estar afeitado pero no es necesario para los caballeros antes de un tratamiento facial. Si decide afeitar su rostro, por favor, realícelo al menos dos horas antes de su cita. Afeitarse no es recomendable antes de los tratamientos corporales y servicios de depilación.

Para mejorar su experiencia en el Spa, por favor llegue 15 a 20 minutos antes de su tratamiento programado ya que esto le dará tiempo para relajarse en el sauna. Llegar tarde simplemente limitará el tiempo de su tratamiento, dismi-nuyendo así su efectividad y placer. Su tratamiento va a terminar a tiempo para no retrasar al próximo huésped. En caso de no asistir se cobrará el valor total del tratamiento. La experiencia en nuestro Spa es su tiempo, y debe deleitarse en ella al máximo. Si nota alguna molestia debido a la temperatura ambiente, la presión del masaje, el volumen de la música o cualquier otra condición que afecte su tranquilidad o bienestar, informe a su terapeuta de inmediato. Se aceptan las principales tarjetas de crédito y cheques de viajero. También puede cargar los servicios de Spa a su cuenta de hotel. Grati�caciones adicionales, a su discreción.

Si usted tiene que reprogramar o cancelar su cita, por favor noti�que al Spa con al menos seis horas de anticipación para evitar que le cobren la cuota de servicio completo. Tratamientos cancelados o reprogramados con menos anticipación, se someterán al cobro de servicio completo. Se requiere un número de tarjeta de crédito en el momento de realizar las reservas. Las cancelaciones de paquetes o �estas privadas requieren una semana de antelación. Grupos están sujetos a una política de cancelación de cuatro semanas.

The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago Spa is for guests 18 years of age and older. Salon services are available to guests of all ages. Spa services should be scheduled in advance. The Spa Reservation Department can help plan your Spa experience, including the best order of treatments. When making reservations please notify the agent if you have high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant.

There are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, but many can be enjoyed.

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing; however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided in the ladies’ and gentlemen’s lounges before and after treatments. Lockers are available for personal items; however, if you are a guest of the resort, it is recommended you leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room. Cell phones and pagers should be turned o� in the Spa. Shaving is recommended but not necessary for gentlemen prior to a facial. If you choose to shave prior to your facial, please do so at least two hours before your appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services.

To enhance your Spa experience, please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow time for you to relax in the steam room. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its e�ectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged. Your Spa experience is your time, and you should delight in it to the fullest. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume or any other conditions, please tell your therapist immediately. All major credit cards and travelers checks are accepted. You may also charge. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the Spa at least six hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee. Treatments cancelled or rescheduled the day of the appointment will subject to the full service fee. A credit card number is required at the time reservations are made. Cancellations of packages or private parties require one week’s notice. Groups are subject to a four-week cancellation policy.
