IBA Greater Noida was conceptualized by a group of IIT- IIM educated professionals in the year 2005, with an aim of providing world class management education. In a short span, IBA Greater Noida has emerged as a leading management institute in India and has been consistently receiving high rankings by various leading agencies. One of the distinguishing features of IBA Greater Noida is its industry focused education. IBA's world class campus, highly educated and dedicated faculty drawn from industry and academia, favourable student to faculty ratio for better individual attention, flexible course structure, exposure to industry through live projects, summer internships, seminars, conferences and regular interactions with industry leaders create a unique learning environment at IBA Greater Noida.

Apart from academic rigor, a lot of emphasis is also given to all-round development of students through sports, students' club activities, soft skills training etc. As a result of two years
