MB1000 is a microporous insulation material with an extremely low thermal conductivity and due to that, a very good insulation property.MB1000 insulates with 0,020W/mK @200°C more than 4 times better than any fibre insulation material. This thermal insulation material consists exclusively of inorganic materials, oxidically substances. The material is diffusion stable against humidity (water vapour). MB1000 is available with different covers like Aluminium foil, glass fleece or PE-Foil.Applications are in industrial furnace building, aluminium- and steel industry, power plants, heat treatment furnaces an lots of other applications where you have to insulate as good as possible.

Microporous boards MB1000 up to 1000°C

Insulation Board MB1000-57With 5mm insulation thickness, you can insulate from 1000°C down to 300°C. This board is especially suitably for a thin insulation on any round surface.

MB1000 Cloth Is a microporous board, pressed into a special high temperature resis- tant glass cloth. Due to this glass cloth, you can line your application very easy.

Microporous pipe Insulation MB1000 PipeMB1000 Pipe was developed to in order to make pipe insulation easy and fast with best economic values inthermal insulation and installation. You can very easy lay MB1000 Pipe around your pipe, and fix it.

Insulation thickness up to 50mm, depen- ding of the diameter.
