Industrial park: backgrounds

• The Industrial Park in Belarus is based on the experience of the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park (PRC)

• Agreement between the Government of Republic of Belarus and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on the industrial park creation, 18.09.2011

• Special Edict of the President of the Republic of Belarus, 05.06.2012

• The Government of Belarus created the Industrial Park Administration, 16.08.2012

• Chinese and Belarusian organizations set up China-Belarus closed joint stock “Industrial Park Development Company”, 27.08.2012

• The forest surrounds the industrial park and ensures perfectly clean air.

• Clean drinking water of the highest quality fits ISO 24510.

• 18 species of mammals and 83 species of birds are presented in biological preserve.

• There is a Lake with the square of 4.8 sq.km and length about 10 km.

Project state

• The first construction stage of the Park is defined and consists of 2 areas: the industrial-logistic area (622 ha) and the administrative-residential area (200 ha)

• The external infrastructure designing of the Park has begun
