Based on decades of working with protective clothing, our design team set out to create the industry's best coverall.

In addition to meeting and exceeding industry standards, we considered many other factors such as work conditions,

fabric durability and colorfastness, safety, comfort, and fit. Armour Ready's patent-pending innovative design takes

the level of worker protection and comfort to new heights.

All protective apparel must meet minimum CGSB, NFPA, and CSA standards to be sold as flame resistant or arc resistant in the Canadian market. But...why stop there? Armour Ready's clever coverall design includes totally unique features that set it apart from the competition.

Protective Armour PadsArmour Ready allows the worker to insert knee, elbow and back/tailbone pads right into the garment. This provides additional protection against impact injuries or trips and falls without having to wear commonly uncomfortable external pads. These painful injuries are costly to workers, and employers alike. Armour Ready’s design may not eliminate all claims, but will definitely reduce the number of impact or fall injuries claims.

Internal Belt loopsTo address the challenge of creating a coverall that fits all body types, Armour Ready coveralls have internal belts loops. These belt loops allow you to adjust/tighten the coverall around your waist to provide a more comfortable and true fit. Also, the loops fix one of the most notorious complaints about coveralls…the low-hanging crotch.

Water and Stain ResistanceIn addition to protecting you from flash air and arc flashes, Armour Ready garments are treated with Telflon® Shield+ fabric protector which repels water to help keep you dry and resists staining so your garment will look clean longer

NOTE: In 2016 there were 118,969 claims administered by WCB. Of these claims 17,254 were back injuries, 8,113 were arm related injuries and 6,895 were knee injuries (according to WCB's 2016 Summary of Claims Administered Report).

Keep cool and comfortable with Armour Ready’s evaporative cooling fans. Armour Ready cooling fans can be installed into any garment with a cost-effective alteration. Fans are approximately 4 inches in diameter come as a set of two with a lithium ion rechargeable battery and a charger. The battery can last up to 8 hours on high – 12 hours on medium settings. They are intended for low risk situations (use at your own risk). Keep cool and avoid heat exhaustion and sweat. Ask for installation details.
