CASTLEWOOD BUSINESS PARK OFFERS EASY ACCESS TO NATIONAL MARKETS AND A LABOUR FORCE WITH ALL THE RIGHT SKILLS.
Castlewood sits at the heart of a major centre for manufacturing and logistics. It is within half an hour’s drive of all the East Midlands cities and East Midlands Airport, the busiest cargo airport in the UK.
Castlewood is served by a large available labour pool that is used to shift work. Elementary occupations and skilled trades make up 29% of the workforce and wages are very competitive.

I have been responsible for the site since its inception and it has been a delight to welcome household names such as the Co-op and Bombardier to the site but equally it has given me great pleasure to see Castlewood help local occupiers and smaller companies grow and find their home on the scheme.
The fact that we can offer space from as little as 12,000ft² upwards to buy or rent on the site means we will always have a good mix of national, regional and local occupiers who can take advantage of Castlewood’s unique positioning in the market.
Over the years occupiers have become friends and acquaintances as I have dealt with them from initial meetings to handing over keys and onwardly as they have become valued tenants and occupiers of the park.
Myself and our agents look forward to welcoming further new occupiers to the scheme in the coming months with plenty of space available still for new development and hopefully Castlewood will continue to attract occupiers for the coming years as well.”
“Castlewood is coming up to its tenth anniversary and it gives me great pride to see the progress we have made on site during this time. We now have over 1.5 million sq ft of high calibre distribution and production space on the site, recently augmented by Costa Coffee, Spar and Greggs to provide on-site facilities.
