INESING S.p.A. is a Joint stock company founded in 2012 by the Eng. Sami Sejdaj, a

graduated in Electrical Engineering.

The company’s main activities are production of Switchgears, Package Substations, Mobile

Substations, design, installation, commissioning and site testing of solar and wind power

plants and even as a system integrator providing services for the different promoted devices.

With a new and fast-growing business unit (named “Power System Solution - PSS”)

Italy and abroad.

Mobile Substations provide the ideal solutions• During refurbishment or maintenance for a complete or partial substation where it is must to take out

of service for a period of time.• In the event of main equipment failure without quick replacement capability.• In case of natural disasters or unpredictable events such as floods, fire, earthquakes.• In case of any delay in construction or completion of the designed plant building Mobile substation can

be used due to it's compactness. The Mobile Substation can be installed without specific civil work.• To avoid the expense of making large investments in a temporary primary / secondary substation

which will not be used after the completion of work.• Transmission line freeze where the electricity supply is a must or when the utility wants to reduce

revenue losses in these situations.• Quick assembly and startup situations, where the mobile substation needs to be installed and

HV/MV Transformer

• Within the mobile substation, the HV/MV transformer is the most criticalitem in terms of design due to its weightsand dimension. The transformer isexpected to be full operating in very short period to allow the shortestcommissioning time of the whole substation. The transformer must leavethe factory complete with all its parts, including HV bushings, coolingsystem, oil tank etc... It’s necessary to design the transformer adoptinginnovating solutions especially concerning the cooling system and the HVbushings. Considering the huge volume of the transformer, specialmanufacturing criteria must be used in order that transportation shocks canbe properly absorbed.

MV Distribution• The purpose of Mobile Substations is mainly to feed MV systems; this can

be done with standard MV distribution panels or, in order to optimizespace, with SF6 insulated panels.

MV Cables

• MV cables for connection to the transformer and todistribution lines, provided with suitable terminations,can be loaded on the same semi-trailer and settled indrums for easy winding and unwinding operations.

• A complete set of sub-systems is normally installed or canbe offered as optional i.e. HV/MV protection relayssystem; video monitoring/supervision by CCTV camerasthrough one or multiple PC workstations; batteriessystem; battery charger and also an auxiliary generatorfor emergencies.

• These factory-assembled and tested solutions are available for voltageup to 220kV and are ideally suited for semi-permanent operations.

• Tipically these skid types are used for integration of renewable energyproduction to the grid or to ensure the power supply to heavyindustrial operations including mining and oil & gas exploration plants.

Trailer for Mobile Substation

• Trailer or semi-trailer mounted substations offer easy mobility and fastrelocation without the need for special transport permits. Thesesolutions are available for voltage up to 220kV and power ratings of upto 45MVA. The units can be deployed on short notice, and are suitablefor harsh environmental conditions and terrains, including deserts andmountainous areas.

CONTAINERIZED

• Containerized mobile substations are sheltered and addressapplications in challenging environmental conditions including areaswith intense pollution, high humidity, extreme temperatures or sandstorms. Containers are easy to transport and fast to intall reducingfoundation civil works as well as installation and commissioningeffort on site. These factory-assembled and tested solutions areideally suited for permanent or semi-permanent usages. Theseinclude grid integration of renewable sources, power supply to urbanareas, railways, offshore rigs, mining and exploration sites as well asother industrial operations.
