Step 1
Go to www.unf.edu, and click on “myWings”.
Step 2
Click “Login Help”.
Step 3
Enter the grey numeric code, then your first name and last name.
Click “Next”.
Step 4
Enter your Social Security Number (without “-”) and your Date of Birth (with “/”).
Click “Next”.
Step 5
Click “Next” to change your password.
Step 6
Enter your Social Security Number (SSS-SS-SSSS) as “Login ID” and enter your date of birth (YYYY/MM/DD) as “ Password”.
Click “Proceed”.
Step 7
If you would like to enter a nickname, enter it here and click “Apply”.
If not, proceed to Step 8.
Step 8
Enter your password twice (be sure to read the requirements).
Click “Apply”.
Step 9
Return to Login screen, and enter your N number as “UNF ID”, and then your new password.
Click “Login”.
