HQ, Baramulla hereby invite your kind attention towards the following fcts:- That we the poor employees of Stn. HQ Baramulla are being pulverized in every respect by the concerned baboos and clerks. Everytime, when ever there is any issue like promotion, funds release, increment, preparation of bills or any other issue, no work is being done till bribe is paid by the poor employees. We tried many a times to approach higher officers but we were not allowed and if any time we succeeded in meeting any officer and put forward our genuine complaint, we were being harassed by way of transfer and other means. These acts of clerks and baboos are highly objectionable and warrants disciplinary action by the authorities as the nature of job of these officials involve all these assignments for which they are being paid salaries. We request you to kindly intervene in the matter and do justice with the poor employees on humanitarian grounds, if not, then we will be constrained to approach higher authorities like Defence Ministry.
