USING THE HIGH PRESSURE PUMP

Deflating the iSUP

1.RemoveanymountedaccessoriesfromtheiSUPe.g.stabilisingfins.

2.LocatethehighpressureinflationvalvetotherearoftheiSUP.Removethecapbytwisting90°anti-clockwise.

3.Firmlypressthesmallpressurereleasevalvedownandtwist90°toopenthevalve.Note:theiSUPisunderhighpressuretheairwillreleasequicklyandwithforce.

4.BeginrollingtheiSUPfromthefronttopushtheremainingairoutthroughtheopenvalve.

5.Onceemptyturnthepressurereleasevalve90°toclosefornextuse.

6.Replacethevalvecapandturn90°clockwisetolock.

Note:LayouttheiSUP(A)onaflatevensurface,makingsureitisclearofanysharpobjectswiththeEVADeck(V)facingupwardsandfollowthedirectionsbelowtoinflate:

1.FirmlyattachthePressureGauge(J)intotheHighPressurePump(H)turningclockwisetolockinplace.Nextattachtheendofthepumphose(I)intothepressuregauge(J)turningclockwisetolockinplace.

2.Locatethehighpressureinflationvalve(VII)totherearoftheiSUPandremovethecapbytwisting90°anti-clockwise.3.Twistandpushtheendofthepumphose(I)intothehighpressurevalveontheiSUP(A).4.InflatetheiSUP(A)usingthehighpressurepump(H)untilfullyinflatedtotherecommendedpressure.5.Oncefullyinflatedremovethepumphosefromthehighpressurevalvebyturning90°anti-clockwise.

Youmayhearasmallrushofairforasecondasthehoseisremoved.6.Replacethevalvecap(VII)toensuretheiSUPisairtight.

1.TurntheiSUP(A)overandlaytopdownonaflatevensurface,makingsureitisclearofanysharpobjects.

2Locatetheremovablestabilisingfinmountingpoint(X)onthebaseoftheiSUP.

3.Slidethestabilisingfin(B)intothemountingpointwiththearchfacingthefrontoftheiSUP,ensurethatthelockingpiniskeptclear.Note:Thefinmaybestifftoinstallandrequireasmallamountofforcetoseatcorrectly.

4.Locatethelockingpininsertpointtowardstherearofthefinandpushthepinthroughuntilitclicksinplace.

WeadvisethatyouremovetheiSUPstabilisingfinwhennotinuseorpackedawaytopreventdamage.

1.TurntheiSUP(A)overandlaytopdownonaflatevensurface,makingsureitisclearofanysharpobjects.

2.Locatetheremovablestabilisingfinmountingpoint(X)onthebaseoftheiSUP.

3.Locatethelockingpininsertpointtowardstherearofthefin.

4.Pressthereleaseclipdownontheendofthelockingpinandremovetounlockthefin.

5.Slidethestabilisingfin(X)towardsthefrontoftheiSUPandoutofthemountingpoint.

Note:Thefinmaybestifftoremoveandrequireasmallamountofforcetounseat.

Note: We recommend installing the fin after inflating the iSUP.

1.LocatetheankleleashD-Ring(VI)andinsertelasticendofankleleashthrough.

2.Openelasticloopandfeedentireleashthroughandpulltight.

3.OpenVelcroandwraparoundanklefirmlybutensuringnottoovertighten.

ASSEMBLING THE ACCESSORIES

TIGHTENING THE HIGH PRESSURE VALVE

Overtimeitispossiblethatthehighpressureinflationvalve(VII)maybecomeloose.Aspartoftherepairkit(K)wesupplyavalvewrenchwhichshouldbeusedtotightenthevalvetomaintainitsairseal.

1.Openthehighpressurevalve(VII)byturningthevalvecap(1)90°clockwise.

2.Insertthevalvewrenchintothehighpressurevalveasshown.

3.Firmlygriptheoutsideofthevalveandturnwrenchclockwiseuntilfullytightened.

Note:Weadvisethatthevalveshouldnotbeunscrewedfullyunlessabsolutelynecessary.

CARE / MAINTENANCE / STORAGE

Onlyusecareproductsthatdonotcontaintracesofacidsorpetroleumandneverusesilicone-basedproducts.

• CleanyouriSUPthoroughlyaftereveryusewithfreshwaterandmildsoaptoremovesaltcrystals,sandygranulesandothersmalldirtparticles.Leaveittodrycompletely.

• Wheneveryoutakeyourboardoutofthewateranddeflateit,allowtimeforittoairoutanddry.Neithertheskin/hullortheinsidechamberswillsufferfromwaterdamage,butstagnantwatercouldcausemildewandafoulodour.

• DeflatethepartsoftheiSUPbyremovingthestoppersfromtherelevantvalvesandremovealloftheair.

• CarefullyrolltheiSUPfromthefrontremovinganyremainingairintheprocess.

• StoreyouriSUPinacleananddryplaceawayfromdirectsunlightandsomewherewithnogreattemperaturefluctuations.Payattentiontothefact,thattheiSUPisnotwrinkledbutlaysflat,andkeepwelloutofthereachofrodents.

• Allinflatablesaresensitivetocold.TheiSUPshouldneverbeunfoldedandinflatedatatemperatureunder7°C!

• Iftheatmosphericpressureincreasesundertheblazingsun,thismustbecompensatedbyreleasing someairfromthecraft.

• TrytoensurethattheiSUP(particularlywheninflated)doesnotcomeintocontactwithstones,gravelorsharpobjects,andthatitisnotdraggedorpulledalongthegroundbecausethiscandamagetheiSUP‘sskin.

• Onlyinsertsuitablepumpadaptorsintothevalve.Thewrongtypeofpumpadaptorcandamagethe valveandvoidyourwarranty.

REPAIRING YOUR iSUP

Youshouldnotattempttorepairlargedamagedsectionsbyyourself.Youcanrepairsmallareaswiththeenclosedrepairkit.

1. DeflatetheiSUPcompletelyandcleantheareatoberepairedthoroughly.Roughenupthedamagedareasurroundingtheholeortearwithafinesandpaper.

2.Cutapatchlargeenoughtocoverthedamagedareawithenoughexcesstooverlapthe damagedareabyatleast1.25cmonallsides.

3.Applyahighstrengthglue(notsupplied)totheiSUPaswellastothepatch. Leavetodryforapprox5minutes.

4.Pressthepatchdownfirmlyusingasoftcloth.Makesurethatyouareworkingonaflat,evensurface.Removeanyairbubbleswitharoundedobject,gentlypushingthebubblesinanoutwarddirection.

5.Alwayswaitatleast24hoursafterarepairbeforepumpinguptheiSUPonceagain.- Performallofyourrepairsinawell-ventilatedarea.- Avoidinhalinggluevapours.- Avoidcontactwiththeskinortheeyes.- Keepallrepairmaterials(glue,solvents,etc)awayfromthereachofchildren.- Repairscannotbeundertakentotheseamwelds. Onlythemanufactureroftheboardshouldperformrepairstotheseamwelds.

DISPOSING OF YOUR iSUP

Pleasedisposeoftheproductandpackaginginanenvironmentallyfriendlymanner,separatingdifferentmaterialsforrecyclingasrequired!Disposeofthisitemthroughanauthoriseddisposalcompanyorthroughyourlocalwastedisposalfacilities-askyourlocalauthorityforinformationiffurtherguidanceisrequired.Ensurethatyoucomplywithallregulationscurrentlyinforce.

•Ifapersonhappenstohavefallenoverboard,theirrescuemusttakeplaceviathefrontorrearofthecraft.Re-entryatthesidecancausethecrafttocapsize.

•Becautiousinoffshorewindsandcurrents!Neverpaddleinfloodconditions.

•PleasenotethattheweightoftheoccupantsofthecraftaswellastheluggagemustbeuniformlydistributedotherwisetheiSUPcancapsize.

•Followtheinformationonthetypeplateregardingthepermittedweightallowanceandnumberofoccupantsaswellasthewarninginformation.

•Alwayskeeptothelocalnavigationregulations.

•Donotcarryanysharporpointedobjects.
