The professional collaboration of Jason Krygier-Baum and Angus McAuslan is the powerful driving force behind Jason KB Animal Photography. Sharing a lifelong passion for animals and fine art, both Jason and Angus observed a consumer need which they ultimately transformed into a thriving business. Assuming the roles of Studio Manager and Animal Handler, Angus employs positive reinforcement techniques to finesse his animal subjects, while Jason commands his artistic eye to capture the most brilliant images imaginable.

In-Home Consultation:A friendly house call allows Jason and Angus to discover your artistic vision and get acquainted with “the talent”. They’ll assess your animal’s unique behaviours and motivations, and devise a customized approach for the studio session. Lastly, you’ll peruse unique product offerings which complement your taste and décor. 

Studio Portrait Session:Your 2-3 hour dynamic photo shoot takes place in a state-of-the-art, animal-friendly studio. Gifted handler Angus elicits the perfect poses, while Jason captures a repertoire of captivating images. A tethered monitor allows you to offer real-time feedback to ensure that your finished artworks reflect the vision you shared with us.

Ordering Session:Back at the studio lounge, you’ll enjoy a slideshow of the most evocative images from your shoot. Guided by resident expertise, you’ll select portraits which embody the spirit of your animal and decide on size and finish options for your final artworks. Utilizing innovative software, you’ll even preview life-like renderings of the art adorning the walls of your home.
