Advent Worship Nov 29th

Consider where you would like to worship.

HOLLAND HOSPITAL

A team will have the opportunity to connect with our

geographical neighbors in a friendly and caring way,

through offering hospitality in the form of drinks and

snacks to workers, friends and family of people in the

ER.

COMMUNITY KITCHEN

Community Action House through Western seminary

runs a kitchen, which provides free meals for anyone

who needs it. A team from Faith will have the

opportunity to join whoever comes for breakfast and

then bless the kitchen by doing a detailed cleaning of

the kitchen.

BETHANY CHRISTIAN SERVICES

As a church we are passionate about caring for

vulnerable children. We are partnering with Bethany

to provide stockings for children in foster care. We

will have the opportunity to write an encouraging card

and pack a stocking for children in foster care.

OUR FAITH SHUT INS

Small teams will package up cookies, and take

poinsettias and cards and visit our shut ins. They will

take time to sit with them, talk and pray with them.

GOOD SAM TRANSITIONAL HOUSING

This team will shop for and purchase supplies for

homeless people entering transitional housing. These

people often enter transitional housing with nothing.

We will provide supplies and write notes of

encouragement.

OUR NEIGHBORS

The team will deliver a little treat to our neighbors that

live around church. As these teams knock on doors,

leave a treat on the doorstep and walks the streets, they

will pray for the people that live around us.

OUR FAITH FAMILY

We are going to send three teams out to homes of

people from Faith who would be blessed by some

physical help and have specific needs.

HOLLAND FREE HEALTH CLINIC

Assisting clients with home projects who need

assistance.

PRAY

This team will stay and pray. We want to pray during

this event for the people of Faith church… for our

hearts to be filled by this act of worship. We want to

pray for the people that we meet, that they meet Jesus.

We want to pray for Faith church to be a place where

people feel welcome. So please consider staying and

praying.

Sign-up sheets are in the foyer following the service.

Any questions, please ask Rachel Baggech.
