The detailed description of the project, the declaration of honour and the balanced estimated budget must be annexed to the application

Non-EU Programme countries: former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia (special conditions), Turkey

Eligibility criteria Eligible partnerships

Lot 1: National, regional or sectoral VET provider organisations

• The partnership must include at least 2 national, regional or sectoral networks or associations of VET providers, from at least 2 different Erasmus+ Programme countries (at least 1 EU MS)

• One of the partners will be the coordinating organisation, applying for the Erasmus+ grant on behalf of the partnership

• In case of a network/association not yet legally established, the application can be submitted by a VET provider representing it

• Further composition of the partnership should reflect the specific activities of the call

• Only legal entities

Lot 2: European umbrella VET provider organisations

• The partnership must include at least 2 European umbrella organisations of VET providers, each of them having members or affiliates in at least 5 Erasmus+ Programme countries (at least 1 EU MS)

• One of the partners will be the coordinating organisation, applying for the Erasmus+ grant on behalf of the partnership

• Further composition of the partnership should reflect the specific activities of the call

• Only legal entities

Eligible activities

Strengthen cooperation among VET providers + at least 3 of the proposed activities

Activities must start between 1/09/2019 and 1/11/2019

The duration of projects is 24 months

Only applications that fulfil the eligibility criteria will be considered for a grant

Exclusion criteria

Applicants must sign a declaration on their honour certifying that they are not in a situation of exclusion

If applicable, the relevant documentary evidence illustrating any remedial measures taken should be provided in annex to this declaration

The coordinator must declare to have stable and sufficient sources of funding to maintain activities throughout the period during which the action is being carried out or the year for which the

grant is awarded, and to participate in its funding.

The applicants must prove to have the professional competencies as well as appropriate qualifications

necessary to complete the proposed action.

Award criteria

1. Relevance of the project (30 points, minimum threshold 16 points)

2. Quality of the project design and implementation (20 points, minimum threshold

11 points)

3. Quality of the project consortium and cooperation arrangements (30 points,

minimum threshold 16 points)

4. Impact and dissemination (20 points, minimum threshold 11 points)

To be considered for funding, applications must score at least 60 /100 points, as well as the

minimum threshold for each criterion
