Job Description:

Informatica Senior Developer position is responsible for design and development using

Informatica 9.x/8.x & process engagements. The position will develop reliable and complex

Informatica ETL processes for new custom Business Intelligence project and existing BIAPPS.This is a technical position providing hands-on delivery role, working with the cross-functional

teams, while ensuring excellent cross functional relationship.

Job Details:

Responsible for end to end design, coding, testing, review and implementation usingInformatica 9.5/8.6. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintenance,

and optimization or enhancement of existing processes.

Partner with engineering leads and architects to define & coordinate technical design. Design and code reviews to ensure standards and quality level for the build Prepare technical documentations on the deliverables Performance tuning of ETL jobs to meet SLA Identify, define and implement best practices for process improvements for SDLC

management

Experiences:

Must have 7+ years of experiencein ETL development using Informatica. Hands-on experiencein development using best practices and standards on Informatica

products specifically PowerCenter 8.x/9.x andWeb Service Transformation

Solid working skills in Oracle RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL and ODS/3NF db design consideringperformance and SLA.

Strong design skillswith a proven track record of success on large/highly complexprojects preferably in the area of Enterprise Apps and Integration. Must have the ability

to communicate technical issues and observations. Must have experience in cross

functional domain and end to end knowledge of business and technology.

Technical and functional knowledge in OracleEBS & Siebel CRM are preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to

effectively communicate & work with fellow team members and other functional team

members to coordinate & meet deliverables.

Must be a team player with strong inter-personal skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision. Must

have the ability to escalate issues in a timely manner. Excellent written, verbal, presentation & documentation skillsto foster clarity and

predictability. Must be able to effectively communicate with people at different levels

including customers, vendors, management, technical stake holders, developersetc.
