• Hybrid approach combining a statistical model and a rules engine to derive the member liability estimates in less time than the real-time adjudication approach

• Intelligent questionnaire to assess a member’s underlying medical conditions that might affect the estimate there-by providing a personalized and accurate estimate

Member Switchover Analysis

• Comprehensive statistical and predictive modelling based solution framework for identifying potential switchover candidates and analyse their details

• Other features include member risk profiling, root cause analysis on past switchover data resulting in switchover card generation, member profitability and lifetime value analysis for focused retention strategies

Provider Network Performance Management (PNPM)• One stop analytical platform to measure and track performance of the network operations and the providers using customizable,
