Sugar Cane Mill / Cane Preparatory Devices / Carriers work either on Low or High Tension
Electric Power Supply and draw load currents in very large quantities. Isolating CT Converter
converts this Current Signal to standard 4-20mA while Electrically Isolating the AC Side from
the Control Side.
But, keeping the CT Converter inside MCC Panel often may induce Electrical noise in the Transmitted Signal. The CT Converter can be fixed in another Panel / JB but this leaves the CT in danger of open circuit and damage. To prevent this from happening YUTECH has devised two techniques One using a CT Protector and another using a Potential Transformer especially for sensing Load Current of HT Devices, both can be fixed in the HT Panel thus protecting CT.
CT Protector: CT Protector is a Device to prevent open circuit conditions in CT. CT Protector along-with Isolating CT Converter forms a very reliable, stable and accurate source of sensing High Currents.
Potential Transformer: Another device is a Potential Transformer (PT). AC Current from Primary CT is passed through the Primary Winding of PT an EMFis produced in the PT's Secondary Winding due to Mutual Inductance thisVoltage is directly proportional to the Voltage Generated in the Primary Winding due to passage of Current.

Inductive RPM Sensors Accurately sense Pulses made by Tooth Wheel fitted on the Shaft whose RPM is to measured. This essentially is a varying Frequency Signal which is then given either Isolating RPM Transmitter or RPM Indicator Transmitter. The signal is converted to standard 4-20mA and then transmitted to the Controller. Local Display can be seen on the Indicator.

Isolating Temperature Transmitter (Isolating RTD Converter Transmitter with Linearized Output):
The Isolating Temperature Transmitter Coverts Signals from Temperature Sensors like RTD and Thermocouple to Standard Current Signal of 4-20mA whilst Electrically Isolating the Field side from the Controller side.
Resistance Temperature Dependent or RTD is a Temperature Sensor whose Resistance Varies in Direct Proportion with rising Temperature. The Isolating RTD Converter Transmitter is designed for RTD PT-100 as the standard Temperature Sensor and factory default calibration is
ofor 0 – 200 C. The Output is Linearized 4-20mA with Built-in Linearity Equation. A Head Mounted Non-Isolated version of RTD Transmitter is also available details of which are discussed further in this document.
