Motivation• PTS has continuing interest in collaborative experiments in

its monitoring technologies• Controlled events are of special importance• Infrasound is still under development• Opportunity for infrasound capacity building

Previous work• Earlier event conducted in August 2009• Wind patterns favoured propagation to N and W• IDC detected the 2009 event with 2 IMS infrasound stations
